Activities Terms & Conditions — the rules that govern participation in workshops, sessions, and other engagements promoted through QLI Impact. Incorporated into and forming part of the main Terms & Conditions.
QLI Impact promotes and facilitates activities (e.g., workshops, yoga sessions, children's learning, beauty treatments, or other public or private engagements) hosted by third-party businesses or individual creators. These activities may generate proceeds — partially or fully — to be donated to vetted Social Impact Organizations (SIOs).
QLI Impact acts solely as a platform facilitator and promoter, not as the primary organizer or operator of these activities. We do not assume operational responsibility for the conduct, quality, safety, or delivery of services by participating businesses or creators.
Any participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and at the user's own discretion.
Proceeds from these activities may be donated fully or partially to selected SIOs, net of costs and platform service fees. Please refer to the main Terms and Conditions for the comprehensive Fee Schedules.
The specific donation structure (whether based on a percentage, fixed amount, or capped value) will be transparently disclosed to users prior to participation. All donations are held in trust by ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") until disbursed to the respective organizations.
Users who register for or attend such events are fully responsible for:

that you are physically, mentally, and legally capable of participating.
that any services rendered remain the sole responsibility of the respective event host.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all event fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer or due to verified force majeure circumstances.
Any donation portions, once transacted and made, are strictly non-refundable.
All participating businesses are mandatorily required to provide:

that funds collected through the platform are not derived from any unlawful activities.

QLI Impact reserves the absolute right to suspend, delist, or completely deny platform access to any party who fails to fully comply with these provisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred through participation in such events.
Any disputes arising from services rendered must be resolved directly and exclusively with the respective event organizer.
By attending these events, participants hereby consent to the capturing and use of event media (including photographs and video recordings) for QLI Impact's promotional, marketing, or reporting purposes.
Participation in activities promoted through the QLI Impact platform does not guarantee the issuance of a tax-deductible donation receipt, unless such receipt availability is expressly stated by the participating Social Impact Organization (SIO).
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") is not a registered charity and does not issue formal donation receipts for tax deduction purposes.
All activities facilitated through the QLI Impact platform are strictly subject to ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact")'s AML and compliance policies. All participating businesses and individuals must legally confirm that funds collected or utilized on the platform are not derived from any unlawful sources.
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") retains the absolute right to suspend or immediately terminate platform participation in the event of suspected non-compliance or verification failure.
All Event Hosts bear sole and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that their activities fully comply with all relevant local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") bears no responsibility or legal liability whatsoever for the regulatory compliance or oversight of third-party event operations.
