QLI Impact is a project fully owned and operated by ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact"). By using the ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") platforms including qli-platform.com and qli-global.com, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms. Your use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these terms.
QLI Impact, a platform operated by ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact"), provides the following core services to registered users — including individuals, businesses, and non-governmental organizations — to facilitate philanthropy through spending and donation activities within a SocialTech ecosystem, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations:
QLI Impact develops a proprietary kindness identity for each registered user, comprising a digital social profile, a branded representation of their philanthropic activities, participation in kindness-focused initiatives, and creation and membership in Kindness Guilds, which include communities of supporters. Users may receive digital recognition (e.g., badges) for their contributions, subject to platform policies.
For users participating in kindness-linked activities or events hosted by businesses or creators promoted through QLI Impact, please refer to Annex A — Activities & Event Participation Terms, which governs your participation and the handling of proceeds from such events.
QLI Impact conducts standardized vetting of participating organizations and businesses using the QLI/IOSQ rating system to ensure transparency and protect stakeholder interests. This includes evaluations of impact quantity (e.g., measurable outcomes such as meals funded), quality (e.g., organizational credibility), and value (e.g., long-term social impact), as determined by QLI Impact's proprietary metrics.
QLI Impact issues QLI Points to users for eligible spending or donation activities, which serve as a digital reward system for tracking philanthropic contributions. Points are calculated based on QLI/IOSQ evaluations, including Qlimpact Value measurements, and are reflected in user profiles to document their impact.
QLI Points are a digital financial instrument intended for use within the QLI Impact platform and may be subject to future blockchain integration, as determined by QLI Impact.
All donations and payments made through ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") are processed securely. For online payments, we accept various forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and other digital payment methods approved on our platform.
For offline payments, separate contractual agreements will outline the specific terms, payment methods, and schedules agreed upon between donors and NGOs.
Donations and payments made through QLI Impact, operated by ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact"), are transactions conducted on behalf of funders, directed to the social impact organizations specified by them. QLI Impact acts solely as a facilitator for these transactions.
By initiating a donation or payment, funders authorize QLI Impact to process payments to the designated recipient organization in accordance with their instructions. Funds received through direct donations or kindness activities fees — collected by participating businesses via QLI Impact's proprietary kindness IP programs (e.g., Kindness Guilds) — are held by QLI Impact in trust on behalf of the designated beneficiary social impact organizations.
These funds do not constitute revenue for QLI Impact or the organizing businesses. QLI Impact deducts applicable fees, including a 15% service fee on donations (as detailed in the Service Fee Schedule), as well as any fees charged by organizing businesses for kindness activities, before transferring the remaining funds to the beneficiary organizations.
For donations made or funds raised through our platform or QLI Impact, each transaction is subject to a service fee of 15%. The service fee collected is for our core services as specified above, and the fees charged by payment gateways.
All online transactions are processed in USD or HKD as specified during checkout. Offline payments will adhere to the currency terms specified in the separate contractual agreements.
We do not typically provide refunds for donations made through our platform. However, if you believe an error has been made in connection with your donation, please contact us within 7 days of your donation at info@esgplife.com for assistance.
Refund terms for offline payments will be governed by the specific terms in the offline agreements.
By initiating any donation or payment through our platform, the user represents and warrants that the funds used are not derived from any illegal activity or unlawful source, and that the user is not acting on behalf of any third party engaged in such activities.
The user further declares that they hold no undisclosed affiliation, control, or financial interest in the recipient organization, and that all contributions are made in good faith and without conflict of interest.
All data is handled per the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Changes to offline payment terms will be handled as per the provisions in the separate contracts.
NGOs are expected to provide updates on the progress of their organisations and/or funded projects. This may include ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact")'s internal assessments, financial reports, and impact assessments, which could be shared with the donors through the platform.
All content uploaded to the platform by NGOs or donors remains the property of the original creator. However, by submitting content, you grant ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") a license to use, display, and distribute this content as needed to operate the platform.
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") is committed to protecting your personal information. Both donors and NGOs must comply with applicable data protection laws and respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared on the platform.
You affirm that all personal information provided for the purpose of processing your donation is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update any changes to this information and ensure that your payment methods are valid.
Offline donors must ensure that all information and payment details provided in the offline agreements are accurate and up-to-date.
The use of ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. Your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning charitable donations is required. This applies to both online and offline transactions.
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of funds, or operational disruptions arising from the use of the platform. The liability of ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any disputes arising from the use of ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") will be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of a dispute, parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal proceedings.
ESGP CO. LIMITED (trading as "QLI Impact") may update these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
